Overview

Sam is an alumnus of University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and has an experience of 5+ years in Litigation.

Sam has experience in handling matters involving electricity law, company law, insolvency, arbitration, insurance and commercial disputes. Sam regularly appears before High Court of Delhi, NCDRC, District and State Consumer Commission, District Courts, DRT, NCLT,  etc.
